Our team had an incredible event last Friday as we collaborated with NICE on the topic of Harnessing the Power of AI in CX.

The interactive session sparked a flurry of questions from our engaged customers, all eager to learn more about the future of CX.

We had a lunch and networking after the presentation, which gave everyone a great chance to exchange ideas and share the difficulties in incorporating AI into the CX ecosystem.
