This two-day event on November 29th and 30th at Sunway Resort Hotel, Malaysia, marked a significant milestone in the realm of customer experience engagement.

CX Summit, recognized as the largest CX engagement in the Asia Pacific, is strategically designed to offer thought leadership, key business insights, and unparalleled networking opportunities.

This year witnessed a larger regional participation, fostering collaboration and building on the success of previous Summits.

Collaborating with Genesys, ITApps proudly showcased Genesys Cloud CX at our booth.

This powerful solution unifies customer and agent experiences seamlessly across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, text, and social media.

Our guest speaker, Cynthia Seow, Director of Digital and Customer Experience from Astro, shared invaluable insights into Astro's CX transformation to Genesys Cloud.

Achieving remarkable milestones such as zero downtime, a 20% cost reduction, and an impressive 79% increase in First Contact Resolution (FCR), Astro's journey is truly commendable.

The event buzzed with energy as we hosted an exclusive book signing session with Shep Hyken, the NYT Best-Selling Author also the Keynote speaker of the summit.

His presence added an extra layer of excitement to our booth, creating memorable moments for all attendees.
