Building an Excellent Team
On 16 & 17 August, our ITApps Malaysia and Singapore teams came together at Thistle Resort Port Dickson for an inspiring team-building event themed "Building an Excellent Team."
The goal was simple but powerful: to strengthen our bonds, improve collaboration, and prepare ourselves to excel together in our fast-paced work environment.
We kicked off the event with a series of activities designed to push us out of our comfort zones and into a space where teamwork, communication, and problem-solving took center stage.
It was amazing to see everyone step up, engage with colleagues from different departments, and leverage each other’s strengths.
The energy and synergy during these exercises were a clear reminder of how much we can achieve when we work together.
Beyond the structured activities, the event was also about connecting on a more personal level.
Whether it was watching a stunning sunset on the beach, sharing laughs during evening gatherings, or enjoying meals together, these moments were just as valuable in building the strong, supportive team culture we all value so much.
As we head back to our offices in Malaysia and Singapore, it’s clear that the experiences we shared during this programme will have a lasting impact.
We've learned that excellence isn’t just about what each of us can do individually, but about how we come together to overcome challenges and achieve our goals as a team.
