CX – The Return, The Reshuffle

After holding 2 years of CX Summit in virtual form due to the pandemic, the Malaysia biggest CX Event is now back to physical and themed as "CX – The Return, The Reshuffle".
The Customer Experience Summit (CX Summit) was given birth in November 2015 after a constant ask by the contact centre and customer service community in Malaysia.
While the Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM) organizes the event by anchoring on the contact centre community of leaders, the Summit has grown to be larger than that by expanding to include leaders from customer experience, retail, technology, human resource, marketing and strategy within both the Malaysian & APAC areas.
This year, we are delighted to participate together with Salesforce, who joined us in co-sponsoring a booth during the event and also brought upon an amazing speaker Dr. Ruth Protpakorn, PhD to share with us more about the amazing Salesforce Service Cloud offering.
