Job Description
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Own the project end to end and drive the projects to completion.
Monitors and reports on project’s progress and performance. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Develop project controls and risk management procedures. Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Use and continually develop leadership skills.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
A thorough understanding of the organization’s business processes, IT operations, and the lifecycle of system implementation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Software or Contact Center Solution Projects, of which minimum 3 years have been in the role of Project Manager.
PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure; self-motivated and well-organized
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Strong leadership skills, negotiation skills, conflict management skills, collaborative skills, organizational skills, as well as critical thinking skills.
