About the Role

An experienced and driven Project Manager is sought to lead IT solution and contact center implementation projects. The role requires strong project management skills, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams. The Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client and business goals.

  • Plan and manage project resources effectively to deliver within scope, schedule, and budget. Allocate resources as needed and delegate tasks based on team members’ strengths, skills, and experience.

  • Develop detailed project schedules, work plans, and communication plans.

  • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Manage client expectations and maintain strong working relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution.

  • Lead project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation.

  • Monitor and report project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, providing regular updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress.

  • Develop project controls and risk management procedures. Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.

  • Ensure adherence to delivery standards, governance processes, and quality benchmarks.

  • Support continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.

  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.

  • Perform other related duties as assigned. 

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

  • Thorough understanding of the organization’s business processes, IT operations, and system implementation lifecycle.

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT Software or Contact Center Solution projects, with at least 7 years as a Project Manager role.

  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and be self-motivated and well-organized.

  • Proven problem-solving and creative thinking skills

  • Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

  • Proficient in project management software, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict management, collaboration, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and client-facing skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Willingness to travel.
