Job Description
We are currently looking for a young, dynamic, and self-motivated individual to involved in Technical Pre-Sales and possibly some Post Sales implementation activities. He/She will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology stages of the sales process and be key technical advisor and product advocate for ITApps products and services.
We value self-starters, with the ability to work independently, but cooperatively and enthusiastically, in what is still a start-up environment. You must have strong track record of success and enjoy working in a rapidly changing environment.
Roles and Responsibility:
In this role, you will play a major part in facilitating sales and building new relationships with new and existing clients.
Based on client requirements define and refine integrated enterprise solution architectures leveraging on ITApps products portfolio.
Able to scope customer requirements and translate them into an appropriate technical proposal.
Communicate concepts, architectures, solution approach options and evaluations through effective diagrams and written materials.
Conduct solution demonstration, and proof of concepts (POC).
Technical proposal writing for RFI/RFQ/RFP/Presentation to be provided to customers.
Solutioning and effort estimation for requirements
Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements
Complete fit gap analysis of functional requirements against proposed solution features and functionality
Researches country and industry business and regulatory trends to assist in identifying client-specific needs and opportunities
Requirements
Your previous experience of at least 5 years developed your expertise in pre-sales, tech sales, system integration or similar roles and now you’re looking for a high-growth challenge in a multi-region IT company
You have strong technical background with business sense and passion for IT and technology.
You have Project Management exposure and familiar with Project Management Frameworks.
You take proactive and creative approach to attend to clients’ needs (even if they are sometimes not aware of those needs).
You are able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
You speak fluently to clients, partners and colleagues alike, and have great command of English.
You are a highly motivated self-starter, who is hungry to win, always looking to push own limits.
You prefer collaborative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Technical knowhow on Unified Communication, Contact Center, Digital Engagement, CRM technology.Â
Knowledge of global and local products in the above domains.
Knowledge in applying the above technologies in different industries including Banking & Finance, Telecommunication, Government/Public Utility.
