On-going account planning and management to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive additional revenue streams.
Identify, develop and recognize new opportunities (cross/up selling) for expanding our solution offering footprint.
Building and maintaining close relationship with clients’ key decision makers and influencers.
Provide regular update to the clients on our corporate new, product announcement and product roadmap.
Working closely with technical team and subject-matter-expert to address customer needs or problems or risks.
3 - 5 years experience in solution selling or client servicing role.
Experience in account planning and management.
Experience in CRM, Contact Center, and ITSM industry has an added advantage.
Passionate about customer success and building deep customer relationships.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to access to Senior/C-Level.
Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinking and drive-to-learn personality.
Excellent communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
University degree or equivalent.
