Job Description
Account planning and management to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive additional revenue streams.
Identify, develop and recognize new opportunities (cross/up selling) for expanding our solution offering footprint.
Building and maintaining close relationships with clients’ key decision-makers and influencers.
Provide regular updates to the clients on our corporate news, product announcements, and product roadmap.
Working closely with the technical team and subject-matter expert to address customer needs, problems, or risks.
Requirements
5-10 years' experience in solution selling and client servicing roles.
Experience in account planning and management.
Experience in CRM, Contact Center, and Cloud solutions is an added advantage.
Passionate about customer success and building deep customer relationships.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to access Senior/C-Level.
Commercially astute.
Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinking, and drive-to-learn personality.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
University degree or equivalent.
