Job Description

  • Account planning and management to ensure customer satisfaction, and drive additional revenue streams.

  • Identify, develop and recognize new opportunities (cross/up selling) for expanding our solution offering footprint.

  • Building and maintaining close relationships with clients’ key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Provide regular updates to the clients on our corporate news, product announcements, and product roadmap.

  • Working closely with the technical team and subject-matter expert to address customer needs, problems, or risks.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience in solution selling and client servicing roles.

  • Experience in account planning and management.

  • Experience in CRM, Contact Center, and Cloud solutions is an added advantage.

  • Passionate about customer success and building deep customer relationships.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to access Senior/C-Level.

  • Commercially astute.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, critical thinking, and drive-to-learn personality.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • University degree or equivalent.
