Together with NICE, we participated in a two-day networking event called the Conversational AI & Customer Experience Summit Asia. The event took place on June 15-16 at the Hilton Petaling Jaya in Malaysia.
It brought together visionary speakers, industry experts, innovative chatbots, and conversational AI technology providers to discuss current trends, future innovation, policies, and regulations in the field of Conversational AI.
During the event, we showcased and demonstrated NICE solutions. Additionally, our speaker, Philippe Mercier, shared insights on the topic of "Chat GPT and the Evolution of Conversational AI and Self-Service."
The event was a great success, and we look forward to more collaborations between ITApps and NICE in the future. Stay tuned for further updates.
